Site Accommodation Units
Construction site bungalow with exterior and interior walls made of sandwich panels with insulation up to 100mm thick in rock wool or polyurethane. Color of interior and exterior surfaces in white RAL9002. Option: RAL of your choice for the frame and exterior surfaces.
Aluminum or PVC window with the following options: large window, bay window, aluminum or PVC roller shutter, sun blind, painted steel anti-intrusion bars.
Insulated entrance doors made of galvanized and painted steel (option: protective bars / semi-glazed or fully glazed door / aluminum entrance door / PMR door). Interior doors in wood or PVC.
We offer a wide range of toilets, from classic toilets to Turkish toilets and stainless steel toilets.
Ceiling made of 40-50 or 100 mm thick insulated polyurethane sandwich panels. Standard snow load 80 kg/m2. Options: reinforced snow load, terrace on ceiling frame with guardrail, double-sided roof overhang.
1000W or 2000W wall heater.
Reversible wall-mounted air conditioners delivered installed from 2.60kw/3.50kw/5.5kw.
Ventilation by reinforced mechanical and electrical grille (VMC).
Optional cladding for permanent projects. Cement fiber, aluminum, or wood (teak) cladding.

10 feet (3.00×2.40m) or 20 feet (6×2.40m) or length up to 11.70m in a block floor. Standard width 240cm – Width oversize 300cm. Standard height under ceiling 240cm.
A1 18mm fiber cement surface + 3mm non-slip PVC coating, PVC skirting. Standard floor load of 250kg/m2.
PVC or Aluminum windows with double glazing 9+12+9mm, tilt-and-turn or sliding opening. Possibility of creating bungalows with PVC or Aluminum bay windows. Insulated exterior door, solid or semi-glazed, made of steel with 50mm insulation. Optional: aluminum exterior door (solid, semi-glazed or glazed). Interior doors in PVC or wood.
Highly galvanized steel floor and ceiling frames and crosspieces. Assembled with galvanized steel bolts. Bungalows delivered pre-assembled or in kit form according to the customer's project.
Standard frame and surface color in white RAL 9002. Option: Exterior RAL of your choice
WC, shower, sink. Optional: 30L/50L/100L/150L water heater. Optional. Disabled access sanitary area.
Electrical box, sockets (PC + RJ45) and integrated interior and exterior lighting.
50, 60 or 100 mm sandwich panel walls – polyurethane foam or rock wool insulation. Standard colour: White RAL9002. Colour of your choice is optional.
Optional: Security bars for doors and windows (steel or aluminum), reinforced locks, smoke detectors.
