As part of the program of modernization of high-traffic regional lines, SNCF Network has undertaken a series of priority projects in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. To effectively support its intervention teams, a temporary modular living base was deployed in the heart of the Lyon metropolitan area, in the immediate vicinity of the tracks.

The solution implemented by Module-T is based on a set of 6 prefabricated bungalows, totaling 72 m², distributed between sanitary areas, changing rooms, offices and cafeteriaDelivered ready to install, these modules were installed in one day, in a dense urban environment and under significant logistical constraints.

The challenges of this project were multiple:

• Minimize installation time to limit on-site interruptions
• Ensure a full compliance with PMR, RT construction site and electrical safety standards
• Ensure operator comfort and autonomy, with hot water, ventilation and integrated furniture
• Adapt the configuration to the technical specificities of the railway terrain

This project illustrates the ability of Module-T to provide tailor-made, robust and immediately operational solutions, even in demanding technical contexts.

• A dining area with integrated kitchenette
• Delivery turnkey, in a constrained urban context

The solution proposed by Module-T:

We proposed a modular living base of 6 pre-assembled bungalows, configured according to the technical requirements of the site:

• 2 modules changing rooms/showers/toilets, with water heater and ventilation
• 2 modules offices + meeting, air-conditioned with built-in furniture
• 1 module refectory equipped with a sink, a fridge and storage
• 1 module technical room, with centralized electrical panel

All bungalows have been delivered ready to install, connected to the local network with Module-T assistance.
