Our modular sanitary blocks can be either autonomous (equipped with a water tank, electric water heater, and waste tank) or connected to existing utility networks. They are available in PMR (accessible), single cabin, or large collective formats.

Insulated exterior steel doors (845×1960 mm) – interior doors in MDF for wet areas or PVC – double-glazed windows 970×1200 mm – PVC skylights 600x400mm for sanitary facilities 600x400mm.
Option: custom-made windows – aluminum joinery – PVC or aluminum roller shutters, protective bars.
Indoor LED lighting and round outdoor LED lighting, type E sockets (RJ45 socket option). Wet area compliant
Electrical components: switch, sockets, wiring and electrical box
Natural ventilation with PVC ventilation grille and electric extractor fan (VMC) 100mm / 150mm

Wall panels insulated with polyurethane (or rock wool) 50mm or 40mm — optional panels 60mm or 100mm
Ceiling in sandwich panel insulated with 50mm polyurethane — optional 100mm reinforced insulation
Flooring in A1 fiber cement + 3mm anti-slip PVC, floor grid for wet area — optional floor insulation with 50mm or 100mm rock wool
