Custom-made bay window and size – Aluminum or PVC window with reinforced security bars.
Standard 50mm insulation – reinforced insulation up to 100mm. Possibility of reinforcing the ceiling frame to integrate a terrace with railings.
1000W or 2000W wall heater
2.6kW or 3.5kW reversible wall-mounted air conditioner
Indoor LED lighting and round outdoor LED lighting, type E sockets (RJ45 sockets option). Electrical components: switch, fittings, wiring and electrical box.
Access ramp, adapted door width, specific toilets
Arrival and evacuation according to sanitary location

10 feet (3.00×2.40m) or 20 feet (6×2.40m) or length up to 11.70m in a block floor. Standard width 240cm – Width oversize 300cm. Standard height under ceiling 240cm.
Highly galvanized steel floor and ceiling frames and crosspieces. Assembled with galvanized steel bolts.
50/60 or 100 mm sandwich panels – polyurethane foam or rock wool insulation.
WC, showers, sink, integrated water heater
A1 fiber cement surface + 3mm non-slip PVC, floor grid for wet areas.
Option : 50 or 100mm rock wool floor insulation.
Ceiling made of 50mm polyurethane insulated sandwich panel. Option: ceiling with 100mm reinforced insulation.
Insulated exterior door, solid or semi-glazed, made of steel with 50mm insulation. Optional: exterior door in aluminum (solid, semi-glazed, or glazed). Interior doors in PVC or wood.
Security bars for doors and windows, multi-point locks, smoke detectors.
PVC or Aluminum in Double glazing 9+12+9mm, tilt-and-turn or sliding opening.
Colour of interior and exterior surfaces in white RAL 9002. Option: exterior finish in RAL of your choice.
Electrical box, sockets (PC + RJ45) and integrated interior and exterior lighting.
RT construction site compliant, PU foam or rock wool, thermal comfort. Option: reinforced insulation and acoustic insulation.
The average delivery time is 5 to 10 days for standard models. For custom configurations, allow between 2 and 4 weeks depending on the complexity. Our logistics teams ensure rapid delivery throughout France and internationally.
